Absolutely terrible disgusting service I have received from this company !!! when you buy new ties you expect to get a matching pair but not this place !!! Rude staff and extremely rude customer services no wonder why the take ages to answer the phone with all the complaints they get would not recommend you take your vehicles to this place and they certainly will not rectify their mistakes and this was the Norwich branch !!! The attitude is absolutely appalling on customer services side and the workshop side arguing with customers when they know they’ve put the wrong tires on this place has now cost me another new tire plus the tracking and more I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I even took my vehicle to this place customer services could do with going on a course how to treat members of the public and paying customers it’s like a major big deal for them to put their mistake right !! and then to be told that they go seat to have to ask there regional manager if they could rectify the mistake one big joke do not use them at all worse place ever and didn’t seem to care about reviews if this was my company and I had people work for me who were speaking to customers like that they would be sacked !! not happy at all the s a under statement !! WARNING do not use this place at all never in my life have I experienced this read reviews before you get any ties put on from this company

Very unprofessional. Booked and paid online to have an aircon re gas. Arrived on time to be told they cannot do the job because have no technicians to do it. Nobody thought to ring me and tell me but instead let me drive the 40 minute round trip. Re booked the job for two days later.

Arrived two days later for the receptionist to tell me that they cannot do the job again because of something to do with the gas. He then proceeds to tell me that I should of read the small print and that he cannot refund me but I need to call their office
No apology but instead passed the buck onto me. Apparently I should know what gas I have, as if I’m a mechanic?

Total time wasted was 2 hours and they don’t seem to care whatsoever but instead seem to think that it’s acceptable to be rude to customers.

I believe his name was Tommy and he was a receptionist or manager.

Possibly the worst garage I have ever been to and won’t be returning but will share my experience with others.

Absolute joke of a company, avoid at all cost !
Booked my car in online at the Norwich branch for air con clean and re- gas. Dropped my car off the evening before for a 9am appointment , I returned in the afternoon to be told that the car hadn't been booked in despite receiving two confirmation emails. Then they didn't have the new type gas to do the job anyway.

I'm telling all my customers and everyone I know to avoid this company .

After making bookings online and calling to confirm. Got there on the appointment day. Folks at this place tell me that they can't do what they agreed to do because no one around can operate the machine. I am suspecting it was due to me not wanting to pay the extra they wanted for an oil change. Either way....be careful when dealing. Could have just been an isolated incident. I review based on MY experience

Went back to F1 after a previous good experience for my MOT only to be told that it had failed due to a couple of bulb issues that they couldn’t change as they had never seen a light unit like mine before (Peugeot 107).

I was advised to go and change the bulbs myself or Halfords do a fitting service!

I changed the bulbs and at the retest was told I “did a good job as it looked like a right pain to change”

The rudest and quite frankly the most useless group of people working for this garage. On two occasions we were told to come and collect our car, this involved taking time off work bringing our young child and all sorts to get pick the car up. On both occasions the car was still up in the air with the bonnet up still being worked on. If I asked the staff why I’ve been told to come up they didn’t seem to understand the problem with it. Not only this the staff on several occasions were unbelievably rude to me and my wife.
When she asked how long the car would be after waiting half hour (after being told the car was ready) she got grunted at and then ignored! She found this incredibly uncomfortable.
Avoid at all costs, rude staff, changing quote prices and complete time wasters.

Poor service, I was booked in and there machine had broke on the day i was supposed to go so they phoned me couple of hours before, baring in mind its on a Saturday so not much i can do with going to another garage!!
He explained the machine had broke and basically said nothing he can do even though not easy tyres to get hold of so i asked to buy the ones he already had and he said they cost more than online price even though i had already payed that. So i said whats the retail and ill pay extra which he told me the price but then told me i can’t have them as he hasn’t got them even though they were fitting some if the tyre machine hadn’t broken. No help what so ever wasn’t even bothered trying to help what a waste if space of a garage 😡

Booked my daughter’s MOT online for 10:30am. Had a confirmation email then a follow up reminder which both had 10:30am as the time. She arrived for the MOT only to be told that Norwich had it booked at 11:30am and they couldn’t fit it in at 10:30 so she’d have to go away and come back. She was accused of booking it at 11:30 which was NOT the case! The MOT was booked in her name so not anonymous but the rude man at your Norwich branch insisted on calling her “mate”. Last time she went there was for a service they kept her locking wheel nut and kept us waiting a few days before they found it 😡 We won’t be using F1 in Norwich again! Such a shame because the Colchester branch (Alex especially) always gives a fantastic service but clearly that isn’t nationwide! Very disappointing and upsetting experience!
