Formula One Autocentres - Kettering

These were ever so helpful I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. We took our landrover for a MOT at another garage and they tried to rip us off, we took our car here for a second opinion and they went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble much. These are so much more friendlier that one of there other garages I would recommend them to anyone! I will be back for further services from you. They explain things very well and talk you though any questions you have weather thats the service you are requiring or payment plans. The overall experience was exceptional you deserve a massive pat on the back you can see they are there because they love thier job and not for the money.

ordered online & paid for new tyre, on inspection there was a fault in the original manufacturer fitting, so did not need new tyre. They refunded the cost of the tyre and charged a modest amount to re-fit the tyre. Delighted with their honesty and the service provided on the day, highly reccomended.

Honestly I could not thank and recommend these enough. Had a flat tyre after school pickup. A colleague recommended F1 Autocentres and I booked online for a new tyre the same day!

I paid online, was greeted by a friendly team. Had a quick chat with the tyre girl (Amelia I think her name was!) Within 20 minutes she had checked and fixed my tyre. Turns out it was only a valve issue and the tyre was absolutely fine!

They kindly refused to accept payment for fitting a new valve and the labour and refunded me the money I’d paid for the tyre the next day.

There really are some genuine, honest, trustworthy people in this world and these guys are all this and more. I would use them again without a doubt and confidently recommend to family and friends.

Josh at reception was very helpful and polite, got my car booked in for tracking even though it was a last minute request and he managed to fit in the same day and got it done before the expected time given. Great bunch of guys and definitely know how to keep or bring a new customer in. Definitely be my goto from now on.

They brok my car….
I make appointment to change clutch on my BMW… in afternoon when I called them to check if my car is ready they tell me another price which was nearly doubled what I explain to them. They should call me before starting the job…. I accept the price because I need a car and they say the car will be ready. In the next two hours when I went there, the car won’t start for some reason.!
After four days, my car was fixed bar in three weeks time I had same problem. Car doesn’t want to start this problem. I never had before.. please keep away for this Garaj one of the bad experience they are not professional…

Been using Formula One Autocentres for a while now. Start are helpful and friendly and I always feel they are giving the right advice. Keep an eye on their offers as tyres, services and MOTs can be great value.

My wife took her Nissan Note for an MOT and service. Did service first. Found major failure but went ahead and did the MOT anyway knowing it would fail! Though she had a weeks grace on the MOT this was immediately invalidated. Left my Wife without a car for 2 days as they did not have the right indicator light spare part. She refused to pay for the MOT re-test. She lost a day's work as a result. Then they found out that it didn't need a new part as it was only a loose wire! Do not go to this garage under any circumstances. They entice you with a cheap MOT/service and then hit you with additional charges.

Easy tyre fitting procedure. Great range of tyres and prices. Booking was simple with no fuss.

Have used this company for a few years at their Bedford branch and git a great HONEST service and their work is always superb . Now moved to Kettering and using their Kettering branch which i hope will be just as good and as helpful
as their colleagues in Bedford
