Very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and the batteries I needed were in stock. The helpful chap even carried the two batteries to the boot of my car for me. The batteries come with a 5 year warranty. Will definitely be using them again.

Great prices and fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't recommend it more if you are in a position to want a battery. Not the first time I have bought from County Battery and I'm sure it probably wont be the last. First place to ring for a quote.

Bought a supposedly new battery for my car to replace my one that was very low. Once fitted, the ‘new’ one was totally dead and worse than one I had replaced. Had to call RAC out who told me that the battery was dead, should not have been sold to me, and was, in their opinion, refurbished and not brand new at all. The next day, I bought one from Halfords, fitted it, and everything was great. On returning the battery I had bought from this company, I was given terrible attitude and was accused of draining it and returning it. The assistant was extremely rude and was insistent that they would not issue me a refund but would just recharge the battery which was obviously no good to me as I’d bought one from elsewhere. After a lot more attitude and rudeness from the assistant, I eventually got my refund. I would review this ‘business’ zero stars if I could. Absolutely awful service and disgusting attitude! ***AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS*** (Ilkeston branch)

I spoke to the staff on the phone first to see if they had the battery that I needed. The friendly staff told me they had them in stock at an excellent price, so I drove up, parked right outside and bought one. I would recommend them.
