Phoned in around 0830, drove the car in for 0900, a gentleman changed the tyre and I left by 0930! I am very impressed and will ALWAYS go to an F1 now! 😁 The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and handled my payment was friendly and professional, the exact same when I arrived and left. Another gentleman who changed my car tyre was super quick, polite and professional too and I noticed he wore PPE when driving the car to and from the Garage - thank you both! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time customer to F1 in Canterbury and couldn't be happier with the service.
I had ordered tyres through 'mytyres.com' to be fitted by F1 as their partner. The tyres were delivered directly to F1 and I called in to check that all was going to plan. The fellow on reception was very helpful and I ended up having an oil service as well as new brakes and discs fitted all of which were advisories on my MOT. I was even more pleased with the price as it saved me hundreds on the price quoted by the dealership. I highly recommend and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

I booked aircon recharge twice: both times when I arrived they said their machine was broken - they didn't bother to phone me beforehand to warn me not to come. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but gave up when they did they same thing again a few days later.

I paid online and booked a slot to have two new tyres fitted I have been here for an hour and 20 minutes now and have still not had my vehicle worked on. I asked for a refund to go elsewhere but was told it would take 10 working days. Unprofessional and very poor service if I could give no stars I would

The inside and outside of the building looks a bit dated and run down, but the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff were excellent. My car went in for a service, the team rang to tell me of a couple of things that needed doing, but weren't included in the service, including a slow puncture. Excellent service from start to finish. Would recommend them.

Avoid this garage, fitted part worn tyres on my vehicle. Tread is at 5.5mm after less than two months, uneven wear across the tyre already.

Not a great experience today. I initially wrote a review here earlier, and the manager spoke to me, understandably unhappy about the review.

There is an additional charge for swapping the tyres which is good to be aware of, something which should be mentioned on the phone when quoting the tyres. It was mentioned in the store before the work, but seems unnecessary. The mechanic who looked after me was lovely who made sure the job was all ok, but the manager wasn’t great to say the least.

I wouldn’t recommend this branch, there is a far better one at their sister branch, Ashford Formula One that I have used many times and not had any issues with. They also do not have additional charges in place, for things like swapping tyres and so is a better deal for the customer.

I got a puncture and my car doesn't come with a spare, RAC came out to me and plugged the hole, my wife called this place and confirmed they had a tyre in stock and that I would be on my way followed by the rac, the website states they close at 6 and they told my wife they closed at 6, however at 5.30 I called to say I was only 5 minutes away due to traffic and was then told they could no longer do it as they were closing in 10 minutes!! I once again explained the urgency and that it was still only 5.30 to which he told me that their clock was fast? But still refused to help me, telling me my wife never said I was on my way! Do not use this place, unprofessional, unhelpful, and seriously lack good customer service. I will not ever use this place again, if I could give it minus stars I would, avoid at all costs. I used protyres which is just opposite Halford autocentre, even though they were closing the shutters they helped me by sorting my puncture.
