They did not have the tyres I ordered (needed two but there supplier only had one in stock) not the Centres fault at all.
Was contacted promptly by the admin department and agreed to cancel the order and receive a full refund

Booked in my MOT 3 weeks ago for Saturday which just been cancelled on me. They offer a later slot for next week, which I can't make as I am away. I understand they give 5 days notice, but it will be extremely difficult to find an alternative garage who can do it in the next few days. I won't book them again.

I took my car in for an MOT and it was failed over the windcreen wiper spray jet and suspention issues. The car drives fine but I had them fix the issues and was assured it would pass. When picking up the car after 2 days because they ordered the wrong parts and they had no staff it failed again. I had to clean the windscreen spay system, I took it back again and it failed again, they suposedly fix the issue and I had to pay for another MOT.

Do not take your car to this place, they will rip you off. In perticular stay away from Adam as he has a bad attidue.

Had an MOT booked in, the person who does the MOT's was off sick for the week.. Asked the guy at the desk to cancel the MOT and get a refund, which he said ok. Called back again after a few days to ask for the refund again as nothing had come through, and again he said sure they will refund but after 10 days I've still not received anything.

Had to get my bank to do a chargeback to get the refund as it seems the guy at the desk wasn't actually submitting the refund or cancelling the MOT booking...

Might be the cheapest garage around for MOT's but don't expect a refund if they are unable to actually do the MOT without having to go through a whole ordeal...

Won't be booking at this place again. Definitely worth paying the additonal £10 or so and booking anywhere else.

Hope you guys enjoy the additional bank charges that you'll get for the chargeback!

Booked through Asda tyres with 3 days notice and I turned up to my appointment where they hadn’t opened the email from them as I watched him open it, despite all emails above and below having been opened, so didn’t book me in. They said they couldn’t do my booking that day. The guy even confirmed they had received the tyre! Poor service and clearly a lack of admin and inventory done at this place. Never received an apology for their mistake. I rebooked with them for about a week later but then I called Asda tyres and they told me I could rebook elsewhere so I did. Asda were very apologetic and couldn’t have been more helpful. I tried to call F1 and say that I want to cancel the booking, got through to the guy on front desk and he asked to put me on hold which I said was fine. I waited 7 mins and he never re answered the phone and it just disconnected. Never got a call back, so I just left it because I tried. Overall, rude staff, and very poor booking management.

Avoid at all costs.

I booked 4 new tyres to be fitted here through AsdaTyres, I called before leaving on the day I was booked in and they said the tyres were there, upon arrival only 2 of the tyres were actually there. This lead to countless journeys back and forth trying to get the next 2 fitted and even leaving my car there overnight.

When they finally got round to fitting other next two tyres there was visible damage on BOTH, bear in mind my wheels were freshly refurbished within the last 6 months so there wasn't another mark on them. Another note the wheel weights were completely wonky and didn't even look like they were stuck on properly.

Countless phone calls and emails (emails of which they didn't reply to any of) later I called and it just happened to be the regional manager that was in for day cover, I explained the situation and within 3 days he had transfered the costs of getting the two wheels refurbished to me.

If you care about your car in any capacity I would avoid this place, one of the guys working in there was even leaning on one with a ladder, unbelievable.

Been using this garage for a few years now, always helpful and honest advice. Surpassed themselves this year as car had a headlight issue in mot which the guys dealt with for me with no extra charge. I work in retail management and can always recognise great customer service. Thanks
