Formula One Autocentres - Cheltenham

Went to this garage after getting a little lost. I’m not from the area so was stressed that I couldn’t find a garage close to where I had been staying.
Well I’m pleased this is where I stumbled too.

I had damage to my car tyres and needed advice before travelling home (40miles away).
The guys in the reception were very friendly and accommodating.
Steve came out to look at my tyres and was very helpful and reassuring. As I was in a hurry, he gave me advice as to what I needed to have done to which I was able to act upon once I was home. (Also he gives great breakfast recommendations… thanks Steve!)

My experience yesterday was amazing, the team fitted me in urgently and were very professional. The assistant manager was very polite and answered my questions, they dealt with my issue in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone,

Highly recommend this garage. The manager is spot on - great advise, always helpful. Used this garage for a few years - services and MOTs. Car has either flown through with no surprises, or price to repair is competitive when shopping around.
Tyres - always go here as best price when checked against black circles and local fitters.

Extremely let down. I had my car booked in for an MOT and booked time out of work to take it in only to be told on the morning of the MOT that they are unable to deal with electric cars. This should have been picked up the moment we booked the car in, not the day it was due! I now have to find somewhere else before my current MOT expires. Very poor service.

Got four new tyres fitted and told them several times the pressure at the front is 42psi and the back is 37psi. Checked with them afterwards this had been completed and they assured it was. Have since driven 3000 miles, tyres are unevenly worn. Checked tyre pressures and were all at 30psi. Tyre life reduction from 30,000 miles to just over 3, thank you Formula 1 Cheltenham for wasting my time and money.

I used this garage for the past 5+ years and always looked past small mistakes they make when changing bulbs etc due to customer service but recently this place gone down hill badly!
I arrived 4 minutes late for an appointment due to heavy traffic and the technician at the front waved me to move the car to the parking lot. Walked in to drop off keys and was told I'm 10 minutes late and my slot has been given away ( clearly a lie about 10 minutes as we both looked at the time! ) . They reception guy proceeded to tell me an absolute fairy tale that he has to move people because of me now. ( they obviously overbooked for the day)
All 6 members of my family used this garage and now not a single one of us will EVER come back here for anything. I will make sure of it! You guys lost all 6 cars! I will be posting my review on every review sites i can, this simply is not acceptable to treat customer like this!!!
P.S. To the manager who was clearly listening behind the door and looking at us, this could have been resolved on the spot but you decided to keep quiet behind the door, top notch customer care skills!!!!

Just had an MOT and Intermediate service at F1 Cheltenham.
Easy to book online. Pleasant staff. Completed on time.
I would definitely recommend.

Took our car here a couple of weeks ago to get the valves changed as our car kept losing the pressure. They have messed up our wheel nuts (no other garage has had a problem with taking the wheel nuts off), we discussed this with another garage and apparently they must have hacked them off with the wrong tools and they did not even change the valves what we had paid them to do. They charged us £111 for them to cause more damage to our car & not help with the original problem we had. Stay clear!!! There is a more reliable garage up the road.
