One of the very best main car dealers you could ever find. I have absolutely no reason not to recommend them without reservation. Not cheap but proven competent friendly helpful and honest for service and spares. My thanks again to all the staff there. 5 cars over 10 years have been maintained faultlessly. In my experience this is unique.

As always I waited while my service was carried out (I am disabled). I was made welcome and my service was carried out promptly. The waiting area was comfortable with a television for entertainment and coffee. I have always had good service from Desira Suzuki.

Got our Jeep from Desira, she goes back there for all the servicing and MOT's, top class service from them, maybe not the cheapest. But we get continuity and they know the vehicle, great staff, polite and helpful... Sat in their waiting room while they did the MOT. Free coffee and a TV to watch. Not too long to wait, all done. Passed so that was great... and they gave her a wash too..... great service.

After a bunch of bad sales and aftersales experiences with other traders, I'm cynical. But the experience with Desira Norwich was flawless. Zero hesitation about recommending their awesome team.

Desira went out of their way to get me into the perfect used car and deliver it quickly, easily, and in the best condition. From start to finish, I enjoyed total peace of mind; the ad was accurate, questions were answered fully, and I was kept up-to-date, never left hanging. Totally worth the small premium on the price - unlike almost anywhere else I've encountered.

Ed and the wider sales staff were super-friendly, accommodating, and seemed genuinely honest. I was treated as an individual, and every expectation I had was exceeded.

Lucky to have discovered them - well worth two four-hour round trips from London! I'd have no qualms about sending a friend there or going back myself. Just sad you're not closer! Maybe I'll move to Norwich.

Service Department is awful, I had a fault on my Jeep and never got prices through to get my car fixed so I got fixed elsewhere £1000 of lost sales for them, and then I lost my whole central system which I was told had died completely and would cost £2500 for a replacement unit, took my car elsewhere as after a month I still haven't had a reply from the Service department to book my car in to be fixed. which ended up doing me a favour because the other dealership fixed my central display unit for £150 saving me the unnecessary spending of £2500 which Desira would have charged me. I will NEVER use Desira again or Ever recommend them to anyone in the future, worse customer experience I think I have ever had.

Looking to buy a new Fiat 500 EV, Tried to arrange a test drive. Finally got through after multiple dropped calls (answered then they rang off / rang them and they were having conversations with others when answering the calls do couldn’t hear me). Finally got through and arranged a test drive, took time off, got there, no eye contact or greeting. Show room is a building site. They had no car to test drive, they had tried to email me (didn’t bother trying to phone), they thought it was a next week, didn’t realise the car was out.If this is the sales experience, the servicing must be horrendous. Has put me off buying a Fiat 500, I won’t be back.

I recently contacted Desira Fiat Norwich regarding a warranty job on my Fiat Panda Hybrid even I had bought it from Nottingham.
They booked it in without question ,diagnosed the fault with the hybrid system quickly and lent me an as new courtesy car while a part came from Italy. First class treatment in every way, Thankyou!
