Dealt with Darren for the most part who was helpful, informative and really very patient as I certainly took my time making decisions. A genuinely decent chap and a pleasure to do business with him. Even my Mum liked him and her standards are high!
Slight issue with the windscreen on day of purchase but the mark of great customer service is how well issues are dealt with. All sorted, no questions, no problems so top marks again.
Will be checking out the website next time we are looking at changing vehicles to see what they've got.

They couldn't do enough , best sales service I have experienced in a very long time .
The sales manager and staff ought to do training lessons to other garages especially in the king Lynn area as they are rude and not at all interested in their customers.

I then went today - two months after and having chased them time and time again and having booked it in and travelling 25 miles again was told that it had come faulty. I was angry and criticised them but instead of an instant apology i was attacked for criticising and told that it was not all that bad in terms of the world's problems -patronising indeed!
Of course I realise that it was not Grays fault entirely but having waited two months without any word from them without phone calls back and having to go to collect my car thinking that everything was good but upon inspection it had not been done, what does one expect especially from the garage where one had boug,ht the car??
I shall never go back to Grays and they did put on three wiper blades but I could have these done locally1
Service - totally poor!
I do not need Peter Gray or whoever to point out what Problems there are anywhere else, I just wanted a garage from where I bought the car to give me good service but there was none1
After a couple of minutes waiting the secretary came off the phone but was then generally chatting to a mechanic whilst the gent on the laptop continued to ignore me. I walked around the showroom but couldn't attract any attention, so I approached the older gent directly with an "excuse me" which was met with a peculiarly terse "yes?". I asked him about a model they had advertised for sale, only to be told it was a courtesy car and wasn't available to view. No offer was made to make it available nor mention made of the other car of the same description on their website. As he appeared in no mood to carry on the discussion I left.
Grays are my local Mitsubishi dealer so had wanted to shop local if possible, or at least get them to service my next Mitsubishi but such was my experience I have now ended up buying the same model through an internet sale and getting it delivered.
