We don't buy a new car often so going to a dealership made us a little anxious.We needn't have worried, however, as we were greeted by a friendly and very helpful Sales advisor (Tim Farrow) who immediately put us at ease and gave us time to look at the car we were interested in. There was a lot of tech that we hadn't come across before and Tim was very patient in explaining everything. At no time did we feel under pressure but we did end up buying it! Again, Tim took us through the process efficiently and professionally.
We now have our new car and we are delighted with it. Another great touch was that within a couple of days, we had a follow up phone call from Tim to check that all was well and that we were happy with our purchase.

We been looking to replace our car for a while and the e2008 was on the list. Can honestly say was blown over by the non pushy advice we received from Tim. No hard sales or trying to add on non required extras. Just straightforward discussion on what our needs where.
