Friendly enough but be aware, that on-line quote appears to be for a showroom condition car. We had 40% knocked off for very minor stone chips and scratches that you would expect from a 7 year old car. Not impressed and walked away.

Joke of a company, low ball on the valuation which you expect, however then get you in waste your time and then reduce the offer more! Sold my car a few days later for over £1000 more, unless you are really desperate steer well clear.

Always pay less than offer price, took £500 off for 3 minor scratches on an 11year old car, how do they expect a 11 year old car to be in as new showroom condition? Sold it anyway as needed cash but feel ripped of to a degree, still as long as you don't mind taking the hit its a good service

Don't bother!!! joke of a company, You will never get the price they quote you online, wanted to knock £800 off saying the price we quote you is for A1 Showroom condition, tried explaining do you really think my 14 year car with 96000 miles is not going to have the odd stone chip here and there and would be impossible to be in A1 showroom condition, to which he replied would be if stored in garage etc, Really!!! can't drive 96000 miles in my garage?? So unless your car is absolute mint without a single mark on it, (which I am sure they will still find a reason not to pay you what they say), don't waste your time.
