J & A Rigbye & sons - Citroen

My experience dealing with j&A Rigbye &son's was without doubt second to none!!!
Getting a new car is such a big decision and being on my own I was rather worried. However, from walking in the door I felt great support and guidance from David Bridge,(sales Manager). All the staff were so kind and I really couldn't recommend them enough.

I have recently bought a C3 Aircross from J & A Rigbye and Sons. Absolutely no pressure to buy and John was happy to let me test drive as many cars as I wanted. It was a friendly and efficient process from start to finish. David Rigbye was so patient and helpful with everything thoroughly explained from the purchase to the handover. Customers here are certainly made to feel special. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this fantastic family firm.

Absolutely fantastic family run business that makes you wish all car dealerships and salesmen were like the team at Rigbyes. No pressure, no false claims about the model specs or the availability and timeframes for supplying the new car. Kept up to date on everything. Friendly, professional and I nearly cried when I picked up my new car and it was gleaming, polished like a diamond, looked and smelt like a new car. (The opposite of my last new car experience elsewhere, which was bad, very very bad) David talked us through everything about the car and it's features making sure we were comfortable with everything before we drove off. Even before we collected the new car we had our old one MOT'd with them and the workshop staff are also very prompt, professional and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough. As for the car; went for the fully electric EC4 after having a hybrid for a few years, absolutely no regrets, the car is soooo comfortable and all the car's features are so well made and well thought out. I'm so happy the Citroen dealership in Liverpool were rude, off-putting and unprofessional when we were looking (car battery was flat so couldn't even test any features let alone test drive after making an appointment...cardinal sin)..walked away and made an appointment with Rigbyes, I can say fate did us a good turn that day. Thank you to all at J A Rigbye & Sons. We love the car and we love you!

IAN Rigby great guy helped me at the show room with a BCA move , took me to the car in a rainy day , very pleasant and extremely help full person

Bought a new car and picked it up last Tuesday.
David was great and sorted everything out for us and our retention documents etc for private plate.
All smooth and great communications.
Love our citroen C5 aircross .
This is our 2nd car off David our last 1 was 4 years ago a C4 piccasso and again a great car.

Fantastic service throughout. Had issues with my own car I was looking to part ex but Dave and the team went the extra mile to accommodate my circumstances. Felt like I was driving away in a new car (66 plate) at the end of it such was the standard of the work done prior to collection. The customer service and attention to detail was absolutely spot on!

Great service as usual, just bought our 10th new car from Rigbyes, and wouldn't go anywhere else. So friendly, and yet professional.
