Garland Motors ŠKODA Aldershot

I purchased new Karoq here, i booked warranty issues to be looked at, i provide clear list of problems and videos to back this up. Sadly i have to say i was dissapointted with the service; faults were misdiagnosed, persenrting videos of the problem was not good enough, to top this up my vehicle was returned with trim bits not properly attached. I emaield my complaint and they did not even bother to reply.

Nick was absolutely fabulous when we purchased our lovely Audi last month. Superb customer service and we are very happy with the car. Thank you Nick who dealt with our purchase start to finish and even personally delivered our car and Garland Motors Aldershot Skoda. We highly recommend.

I bought a 66 plate Skoda Superb L&K from these guys back in... 2017 I think. A difficult to get model as it had the 190 engine and the 4x4 DSG gearbox.

I wasn't able to go see the car as I live in Falkirk, Scotland however they sent me a video walk round of the car, answered any questions and were great through the whole process.

Then, they drove the car up to me which was "superb" service... 😅

The car had 11k on the clock when I got it, now it has 120k and I've had to do very little to it other than service/maintenance. I did have to replace the front shocks at 110k but that's the only thing I've had to have fixed.

Was just thinking about how good the car has been to me and thought I better drop them a review.

Had dealings with Brandon recently when looking for a new Karoq. Went to several dealerships and he was easily the nicest, least pushy dealer whilst being very professional and efficient. He offered us a great deal and gave us time and space to think about it without the usual undue hassle. Extremely impressed!

Purchased a Mazda. Josh was excellent with his advice and with help dealing with a subsequent issue. Will certainly use in the future and highly recommend for others.

I was getting a new battery for my key fob which should have been quite a quick fix but 40 minutes later I finally get the problem sorted.
Seemed to be a lot of people walking around not doing much. Disappointed with your around service

I was recently asked to search for a suitable car for some elderly relatives who still enjoy driving but need more space and room for a wheelchair. I looked at many different options but settled on a Skoda Kamiq which seemed to offer the best combination of style, performance and practicality. After contacting several dealers in search of the perfect car I ended up purchasing from Garland Motors in Aldershot. They were superb from start to finish and I would highly recommend this family owned business. Special mention should go to Rebecca who was marvellous and so lovely to deal with.
