Plus 200 Club

Don't judge a book by the cover! Plus 200 Club may not operate out of a swanky expensive showroom but their location gives you the chance to look around the car(s) properly. The cars are presented very clean, documentation at the ready and in my case, the history of the car was explained. The service from Neil was just superb - happy to let you take your time, friendly but not pushy. When I collected the car, it had been cleaned and polished within an inch of its life, HPI performed in front of me. I found them a pleasure to do business with and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Shocking attitude and customer focus from Neil. We quickly learnt that the car we had come to see was not of the calibre he usually deals with and hence was not worth his time, effort or pleasant attitude towards us. After he showed us his website and finished with the general belittlement he explained how 'cheap as chips' the car was before refusing a test drive until we committed to buying. In the end very pleased with a much better age, milage and condition car for only £50 more than he quoted. Cheap as chips.

I recently purchased a Focus Rs from plus 200 club infact the last three cars i brought were from here and the level of service I've experienced has been second to none every time , from the moment i call he's on it!! his wide knowledge and honesty is the reason i would come back every time !!

Neil@plus200club cars really does know his cars and is passionate about them. Every car he stocks is very well treated and presented.

I have used plus 200 club since it opened and been more than happy with the service I've received. The owner is honest and reliable, something that is tough to find in car sales!

Found the customer service provided by who I presume is the owner to be extremely rude.
Went down to view a Nissan 350z, he seemed very reluctant to tell me anything about it.
Would not lot me test drive the car unless I committed to buying it. I don't know about anyone else but how can I be expected to buy a car without ever trying it in the first place?
After asking if he would consider a part exchange on my Mazda RX8, I was then insulted about my car choice.
After stating they have finance on the website, I was then told in person that I would be better off getting a bank loan.
He did do a HPI check on my Mazda which he complained about as it had cost him £10 to do so.
I will not be going back to purchase the Nissan as nice a car it is, the customer service is disgusting.
Compared to the other cars he had there, the 350z was pretty cheap.
Good luck to anyone buying anything more expensive from this clown.
