I took my car to maidstone Wilmoths after the air bag light came on in my car and back window was leaking. They gave me a courtesy car for the day which was great. When I picked up the car it was free of charge and the window was replaced. I drove down the road and the air bag light came on again. I was told it was only a sensor so I didn’t worry about it until the next service. When I took it into another Wilmoths, I was told my passenger seat air bag was damaged and another one was cut and electrical tapped off. I obviously have no proof of who did this and the work done was mysteriously not documented, but it should have at least been picked up on. When discovered I was left without a car for 2.5 weeks after the part was on back order. Managers never rung me back and when I received an email they had no idea what had been going on and acted like they were doing me a favour by diagnosing my problem. I am planning on getting another Citroen again.

Avoid,

Charged 1 hour labour and said car fixed. Spent 5 mins removing a heat shield. Didn’t even bother to road test. Then charged a further 2 hours and diagnosed a part giving a guarantee it was fixed. Sure enough 10 mins after collecting car EML light back on and this time they want to do a complete turbo. Shocking service, that’s why they are called stealers.

Salesman was ok, The Citroën rage has come on to what they used to be, The C5 X was lovely but you had to wait 6 months for it. Shame its a superb car. !

I dropped my car for service, the staff were not nice, didn't look bothered or have any customer service skills. The receipt mention that the car was clean, but it wasn't. The cable for the charger was not put the way it was and the handle to lift the cover for the cable was broken. Very disappointing.

Was able to take car in for 2year service within 48 hours of calling them. Car returned within 1 1/2 , spotless . Only negative, parking the car when you arrive is impossible without leaving it in an inconvenient spot for other customers.

You can book online. And waiting is fine as there is tea or coffee to keep you going whilst waiting.

I have had a great experience after I had my car fail. Citroen assistance sent someone out with a flatbed truck to take it somewhere, and here was the only dealership that would take it. After initially being told it might be the middle of January before it gets looked at, a Christmas miracle happened and I got a call 4 days after it was taken in to say it was ready.

I am genuinely grateful to you at the dealership for helping get this resolved as quickly as you did. Sian and Phoebe were particularly polite and helpful whenever I had to speak to someone at the service department.
