Would like to start by saying a massive thank you to Dean who was a massive help and was very professional.
I only went into the dealership on the Saturday morning to have a look and ask a few questions, however, after being welcomed so politely I became very interested into what vehicles they had to offer.
Once the process started Dean was very professional and talked us through everything to make sure we understood correctly and even gave us plenty of time to discuss our options. Dan was also there to help, he was very welcoming when Dean was doing some paperwork, and was just all round very polite.
People stereotypically say about sales people being very pushy and putting pressure on you however I didn't feel this way at all.
The car needed a couple of things doing to it before we could pick it up, these were done in a very quick time frame and without any hesitation.
Overall a very positive experience.

Relaxed experience from start to finish. Good choice of cars. The salesperson, Dean, couldn't have been more helpful in discussing our choices and at no time did we ever feel pressured. Excellent service will use again when we need a new car.
