Bought a car from here that has given us non stop grief. When we requested they fix it they then refused and informed us that they had passed the case on to a solicitor. They also quoted a out of date act stating that they had informed us of all of the problems which they had not and that any problems we had could of been discovered the next day. Also several garages that we have taken the car to have stated that it should not of passed its MOT which they had done on the car when they sold it to us.

Unfortunately cannot give zero stars or I would. absolute crooks. Warranty not worth paper its written on, still owed spare key from October 2016, had a £300 bill one week after getting the car, they refuse to reply and unresponsive, yet ask a question on another car and they reply straight away! Avoid these idiots like the plague. Cars are all high mileage and not even prepped properly. Bunch of useless idots. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shambolic dealership. Part exchanged my car 2 years ago with these morons. They never informed the DVLA that they owned my part exchange car. 2 years later I’m saddled with no insurance penalties and no road tax for 2 years. The car is still registered in my name to my old address hence I never received any of the correspondence from the DVLA. I’ll be taking up the matter with my foot and their head in due course. AVOID. This monkey out fit like the plague

Please don't buy a car of these fraudsters. DO THE RESEARCH! Sold me a car with a fraudulent advert and tried to tick it off as scrap. The log book details do not match the car. FRAUD. They may be advertising on reputable sites but trust me do your research. Don't go there

Bought car few years ago that had loads of faults and took back within 24 hours and they refused to refund or fix the problem even though my pregnant girlfriend sat there in tears. Stay well clear they are absolute crooks. Suprised I havent seen them on Watchdog.

If your unlucky enough that they answer the phone - you will see this is an unregistered business. single syllable answers on everything. might as well chat to a sulky teenager. Ask why 10 Google reviews are terrible. lied about everything

Travelled all the way from West Midlands having spoke to some YTS scheme lad who's manners were very poor! After nearly 3 hours of travelling we called to state we cannot locate the garage! The lad said he would text me the new postcode but nothing! After approximately 20 calls there was no answer and unable to leave a message. I have sent a message to the company using their website but still to hear from them! Now travelling back to West Midlands empty handed! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
