Absolute waste of time, wasn't told our quote would have expired by the time we would have our appointment so were offering a lot less after we had taken 2 cars an hour and a half away and cancelled our insurance. Will never use again or reccomend to anyone else.

No drama, no issues, extremely polite and helpful, tookatook but a few minutes and resulted in walking away with 4 times the amount dealers were willing to pay. Far exceeded any expectations I had.

poor service, turned up to the location to get my car valued and no one was there. No courtesy call or email regards to the situation. Waited 30 minuits past appointment time and still no show. Had my baby with me so was not prepared to wait any longer not knowing if they would turn up or not. No confidence or trust to use this service again. It is not what is seemed or advertised.

Nowhere near what the online quote given knocked a good chunk of for the slightest paint work damage quick payement into account sold to these only because already purchased another car if your after a quick sale ideal if you can hold out go somewhere else they'll give you the lowest of the low for your car

Offer way less than state on website. Then try and use things against you that you have already declared to justify the lower offer. Im Go round the corner to DSG they do better deals

I thought it was spunktastic & left my gf moist , Jeff was a prime example of physical fitness, unfortunately I know he's in big trouble as he can't play an instrument to save himself. he was polite, professional with a great conversation, unfortunately time limits ment we couldn't have a chat propley.

They'll find anything not to give you the price they quoted, expect £1200 less than they quoted you, stay clear, finding things that weren't visible was a joke, just to bring the price down.

Nice people but far from fair, yes you have to make a profit but you will lose more customers than you gain through sheer greed, if you're not desperate to sell then don't.

I had an appointment for 10.30am, when I arrived at 10.15 there was a young man waiting, his appointment was for 10.10, the receptionist called We Buy Any Car for us only to discover there was nobody coming to the Barrow office, even though I had received a phone call the evening before and an email in the morning both checking that I was going to be there.
I have rearranged my appointment and can only hope there is not a repeat of today's fiasco.
