Just picked up my new car! Jack had a tough time trying to find me the fastest, family friendly car and even had one driven from another showroom for me! Will be back in a few years and when I am I will ask for Jack E!

Recently picked up my new Mini - very good service and communication from Sam - dealt with a small glitch promptly with an eye on maintaining good customer relationships. The car is amazing!

Today I drove off in my new Mini Countryman and I can happily say that the standard customer service is very high. The atmosphere is welcoming and sales staff are very friendly and helpful.

The person who handled the configuring, ordering and the eventual hand over my new car was Sam, so I could always guarantee that if I had any questions or if there were any updates on the progress of my car, that I had a specific point of contact. It made me feel more valued as a customer.

Also, having purchased my previous Mini from this dealership, I am more than confident with the aftercare provided.

Would I recommend this retailer? Most definitely!

Recently bought my new Mini Countryman from Stratstone. Great service from Sam and all the team - friendly, put up with my indecision on the colour 🤣🤪 and kept me up to date. Really looked after us when we collected the car too. Definitely recommend! Thank you Sam and all the team! 🙏

Braught my Mini for a regular recall...But left feeling like a V.I.P
Very well looked after by Carly who explained several things to me. Nothing was too much trouble. Even got my car washed before collection. Great overall customer service experience. Thank you.

Massive thank you to Sam at Stratstone mini chesterfield! Sam literally went above and beyond for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. Regardless of our ever changing circumstances Sam made sure we were looked after and kept in the loop, he really made us feel like part of the family and we will be visiting again for our next car! Collected my brand new Mini Cooper today and want to say a massive thank you to Jack E for the smooth process from order to collection.
Jack is very welcoming, professional and considerate and an asset to Mini Stratstone Chesterfield. This is the second time Jack has sold me a car and he’s always the same.

we had an extremely poor experience whilst spending £30,000 with Stratstone mini. I reported the poor service experiences to the sales manager.
He pretended he was concerned and said he would deal with the matter. Weeks went by and he never made contact with me.
I contacted them again asking why the sales manager had not followed up on my complaint. More apologies were sent to me also advising me that the sales manager would be in touch shortly. That was on the 15.12.22 to date absolutely nothing again.
If you buy an expensive vehicle from Stratstone Chesterfield and you are unhappy and need to raise a concern/complaint this is what you are likely to get in return.
This is allegedly at the highest level of their complaint system.

We are absolutely appalled at how we were treated by simply raising issues which we had a right to do so.
Consider looking elsewhere for your Mini just in case you encounter the same Could not care less attitude.
