The Staff at Aylesbury parts Dept are great. Professional and fast.
Why the 3 stars???
Vertu phone system. It's rubbish. I can barely hear the advisors and it sounds like they're under water. The time on the phone calls would be much quicker if I didn't have to keep asking them to repeat themselves.
Also the staff know there is an issue but the powers that be have done nothing about it.
Listen to your staff and customers and fix the phone Vertu!!!

Not sure as was just parked waiting for traffic wish I could afford a Merc to comment on the place
