I brought a new Nissan quashqai from here and I picked it up yesterday and I must say the service was incredible. The person who helped me name is Simon and his knowledge and customer service is impeccable. He didn’t rush he didn’t pressure me he just wanted the best for me. I would definitely go back to Pilgrims.

Just bought a used Ford Kuga. REALLY pleased with the whole experience. Simon the salesman was very knowledgeable about the car, he wasn't at all pushy, and was happy for me to go for a test-drive whilst he appraised the car I was trading in.
No messing with silly back and fro haggling, very easy to reach a mutually happy deal.

We brought a car 2 weeks ago which so far has been perfect. The salesman Simon was very knowledge about the vehicles we were interested in , he allowed us time to look them over without applying any pressure. We were then able to take the car we liked for a test drive on our own. Simon then took care of the a few things we noticed. We returned to pick the car a few days later Simon took care of the paperwork in under 10 mins, the car had been fully valeted with 2 new tyres when we had only expected 1 to be replaced. All in all a fantastic experience thank you for all your help Simon.

Fantastic customer service and very friendly. At no point did I feel pressured (unlike some dealerships I’ve visited) and everything was explained clearly through the process of buying a car. Very happy with the service I received from Simon. He’s a credit to the company.
