Awful company!!! Agreed a price with them and was told to come back with logbook a few days later to complete the deal. Left my keys and paperwork with them. Went back but they weren't open. This happened several days in a row til eventually someone was there. Turned out the girl that did the deal had walked out and taken my keys with her. They then offered me several hundred pounds less which I declined. I asked for my keys back to be told they didn't know where they were. I pointed out their employee took them to which I was told she isn't their employee and so not their problem. They still have my car and keys and I still have no money. They are a bunch of thieves and liars! Avoid like the plague. Police informed as well as trading standards

Quick, honest and transparent process with some friendly chatter too. Got a fair price for not having the hassle of a private sale, but also a fair price compared to other sell-at-auction competitors who gave online quotes. Price actually went up over online price before damage deductions. Hope my car of 12 years goes to good home, but I will never know - one downside to selling through this route.

Excellent service from Brett. We felt confident and happy in our meeting, with covid regulations being followed throughout. Brett was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, we were delighted to be offered £300 more than the part exchange deal we had been offered by a garage. Paid the extra to have the money paid into our account on the day, and it was in there by the time we got home. A fabulous experience and can well recommend it.

Fantastic service! I was very skeptical when I first booked an appointment for valuation, but thought I had nothing to lose by giving in a go. I was amazed after the inspection that they offered me £550 more than I had it advertised on Autotrader for. Absolute no-brainer.

Very easy process, only thing I can fault them on is the fact the “valuation” you get online is completely ridiculous compared to the actual amount they claim your car is worth on arrival. Don’t be optimistic with the valuation they give online.

The guy who was doing it was very friendly and professional. I would go back again.

On arrival we where made to feel welcome. Tom the sales person at Rugby branch was very clear and honest about any defects on the car we solf for a fair price.

A bit disappointed that the actual price paid was so much less than the quote. I would have preferred a more realistic quote. What was paid was only 40% of the quoted price. I was expecting less than the quote but that much was a surprise. The gentleman I met though was polite, courteous and professional, five stars for him.
