The service was fantastic. Text reminders and super quick service to close the deal. Why only 4 stars? I did feel a bit disappointed by how much was taken off the original quotation for very minute marks. I was warned by others that they felt the price was beaten down when they used WBAC and I should be careful. It seemed a bit like this even though I was trying to be open minded.

The online valuation was fair to good. My van is 6 years old but in very good condition. After the inspection, the valuation given was £1200 less than I was offered online. I queried the reduction in price and was told it was because of "the van's condition, stone chips and dents".
No mention of the new tyres, new brakes, 12 months MOT or low mileage!!!
When I said "Thanks, but no thanks."
The woman said "But you didn't even let me call my director to try and squeeze some more money out of him."
It's a well rehearsed game. Avoid this like the plague.

Great staff, quick & easy process, but the guys don’t have much wiggle room on price plus the £74.99 fee means i didn’t get as much as I had hoped for my car. However, I took the offer as I needed a quick / no agro exchange (didn’t have time to organise a private sale), and it was all v transparent - so on balance, I was happy.

Very pleasant guy. Helpful and explained clearly how the process goes. And good offer we thought. Will return. We had a problem with log book.😕

Was given an online price, which was lower then I would have expected. Went along for the appointment to see what was what. The car was low mileage, in good condition, new mot and tyres. They knocked off over £1.100 off the online price. If you have more then five stone chipping or any general wear and tear it’s £££££££ off. The guy was very pleasant, but we walked away, I don’t like getting ripped off.

I mean if you want to see your car, van, bike sold for a loss then this is your place!
The system is based on auction prices and not market value for the vehicle. Body repair prices are extortionate as well and quoted at £200 per paint chip damage. Could tell you all of this beforehand but they choose not to, to entice people in.
Would not recommend unless you are desperate.

Knocked a fair bit off the online price. Some was justifiable, some not so. I still sold to them so can't be that bad! It is just so very easy. Private selling will always get higher values, if you have the time/ inclination.
