I bought a Mini Cooper from Greenfield in Feb this year. I chose them due to the favourable reviews and AA dealer promise. It was my first time buying a car and I appreciated that they weren't pushy and gave me space to sit in and inspect the car alongside a test drive. They were helpful answering my questions and the whole process was really easy. It was never going to be totally stress free spending so much money on a used car (always a risk) but I would definitely buy from them again. Love my new car and so far no issues!

Bought a second hand BMW 4-Series from James a few weeks ago.

I purchased a freelander 2 from here 5 weeks ago now, the car has been great and I'm really pleased with it. I didnt feel pressured at all when i went to view which I have felt at other places, James (I think was his name) was honest and straight forward to deal with, I got a fair trade price for my previous car also. I bought my car off James in November and found him polite and helpful, as well as non pressuring. I did a test drive, left to think about it and then agreed to buy the car on deal of some work being carried out. All work was done, including some additional bits not mentioned such as new batteries in the key fobs. Car has been great so far with just a minor sensor issue which I contacted James about. He was willing to help in any way he could inc. claiming on the warranty. In the end I decided it was a 5 min job to change the sensor and wasn't expensive so easiest just to do it myself. Cars been fine so far and love it. Thanks Greenfield Autos.
