When I saw an ad for one of Tracey’s minis it all seemed too good to be true.. couldn’t have been more wrong, it was an absolutely beautiful car, well looked after (just like all the others) and what made it stand out from others was how Tracey made the experience feel personal and thoughtful. I would recommend MRS Mini to anyone but particularly to women who need some guidance on buying a used vehicle and don’t have much prior knowledge of cars!

Excellent service, I was so lucky to find Tracey and she proves to be communicative, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve bought a solid mini, great spec, great condition with low miles and service history. Mrs Mini purchased our 2015 Mini Cooper in Feb 2022. The process was handled very professionally throughout. Tracey was efficient and polite when arranging to collect the car and close the deal.

Six years ago Mrs Mini found a Mini One Automatic of the colour and specification that my daughter wanted; it was to be her first car.

Well, it has proven to be a splendid purchase, serving her well and reliably. Now, she needs a slightly larger car with more boot space (so has got a BMW X1).

I emailed Mrs Mini enquiring of the likely value for the Mini One; the reply was "I'll buy it back, please", and so she did. It will be a fine vehicle for the next owner.

I sold my mini to Tracey at Mrs Mini as a private seller and I have to say she was excellent to do business with, she made the whole process easy and straightforward and offered me a lot more than I was offered in part exchange at a garage. She is friendly, informative and knowledgeable and I would recommend happily.
