My wife and I picked up her Mini Cooper Sport today and we’re absolutely thrilled with it! We thought that we weren’t able to have the car that we’d ordered but due to a cancellation Tim Spencer offered us first refusal and we’re so pleased! Tim was brilliant throughout with an easy going manner and we’d certainly recommend him and Derby Stratstone, Thankyou!!

Just picked up my mini - fantastic service from the team. Have to single Ellinore & the sales manager (So sorry, can’t remember her name - memory is rubbish, no reflection on her) she was awesome!)out for her excellent customer service. Saw the car on Saturday and team had it ready for me collect today. Fast, efficient service - made everything so easy. Lovely team, top service. Highly recommend.

Wow what a company, we purchased a new mini through the very difficult time of Covid and Ukraine war at the derby branch and they did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. Changes was made to the spec due to supply issues which was out of their control but we was still very happy with the way Tim dealt with it. I was certainly deal with this company again. I recently bought a new mini through Grace at Stratstone MINI Derby and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the initial enquiry through to collecting the car!
Grace was super helpful and made me feel like no matter how many questions i asked it was never an issue. Every query I had was dealt with efficiently and really quickly by Grace and I didn’t have to wait for a reply like I have from other garages before. It was made to be more personal which makes the process a lot easier!
I can honestly say it’s the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a new car!! Would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a Mini to get in touch with Grace.

I’ve had a few MINIs from Stratstone MINI Derby and the service you get from this dealer is second to none! Picked up a MINI with the new 72 reg and the experience was seamless. Tim really looked after us, from a courtesy call, to us popping in to discuss our requirements and getting the car in 3 weeks it’s absolutely brilliant! I’m loving my MINI so a huge thank you to Tim for making it happen!

I purchased a used Mercedes from Tim Spencer yesterday. It’s a v.busy dealership so you do have to make an appointment and if you’re early for the agreed time then you have to wait around. There are complimentary drinks and snacks whilst you wait.

The buying process was efficient and professional. Tim did what he said and said what he did (unusual these days!) and replies to emails quickly. It was the easiest car purchase I’ve had so far and there was no pressure.

My only slight criticism is the prep of the car was hit and miss. Some areas were done very well - the exterior was immaculate and the car was serviced and had new brakes. Other areas were missed eg it took me a few hours to clean the interior and the car had no washer fluid and the adblue was empty.

Overall very happy, I will come back again for my wife’s MINI - thanks very much 😀👌🏻👍🏻
