Traveled 4 hours to come look at a car that me and one of their staff had discussed over phone. Got there and was told it had a deposit on it already. When approached by a member of staff, he said ‘ if you buy the car now we can remove the deposit from the other person and stall them from buying it’. On the advert, it says ‘ free delivery and free MOT and a free service’ but when asking about this, he lied and said the car already had MOT when in fact it only had 30 days left. They said I’d have to pay £300 for delivery eventhough it said FREE delivery…. They didn’t show the damage to the vehicle such as dents, scratches and rust patches. FALSE ADVERTISING! Then when about to buy I ask ‘ can I have 5 minutes to talk to my wife about this’ and he said ‘ I’m not bothered if you buy it or not I already have a sale so hurry up’. This made me feel so unhappy and uncomfortable and rushed. They were very pushy and unkind. Not a place to hand over £10500 to someone. Would not recommend at all

First time buying from Poolfoot, used Lawtons (Chris) for the past 15yrs but now taken over by Poolfoot.
Very easy to sort out, good price for mine as a trade in. Paperwork all completed straight away. Car was ready to collect two days later. Excellent service all round. Highly recommend.

All the cars have been well presented and we have had no problems with any of them. The customer service has always been to a very high standard. Not all car dealers are sharks and Poolfoot Motors is one of the best ones we have dealt with.

Recently purchased a Ford Ranger off these guys. Lance and his team were thorough from start to finish. Over the moon with the service especially the price they gave me for my trade in. Now time to explain to the wife I've bought a new car. Highly recommend these guys

Not very good bought a car July 2022 two days later had to buy new tyre last week driving near my home heard a bang stopped. Went home looked round the car took it back the guy booked it in got their Friday to get it repaired told warranty ran out in 6months the car has cost me £240 coil spring had broken I will not be going back again poor after sales
