Glyn Hopkin MG St Albans

I’ve had my new Mgzs car for 2 weeks now and driven about 500 miles. It’s got the 1.5 litre petrol engine and after having a 300 bhp Diesel engine in a Jaguar v6 s car, much to my amazement I’ve enjoyed my new car a lot! Yes it’s under powered but you only really notice this going up fairly steep hills. I do believe that this car is amazing value for money with a 7 year part’s and labour warranty and I paid an extra £511 for the 3 x services over a 3 year period. Really pleased with the service received. The team were able to get me a competitive deal on a new car. Smooth handover when my original salesman moved to another branch and Kephany was great and and kept me updated when my car was delayed due to covid/chip shortage.

Good level of communication from the team. Although long delays i understand the entire industry are experiencing these issues. Jon has been very helpful since he took over from Harshit and again has been emailing me with updates and quick to respond when i had a query. When i collected the car on the 15th October i was met by Jon. He had the car valeted and knew the mod cons within in which all were described in a clear and fool proof way. He also was happy to pair my phone and advised if i had any further Q's in future i could reach out to him. I am due to attend at an agreed date to get a few minor scratched buffed out but all in all it has been a good experience. The car itself is a joy. Full of gadgets, looks great and feels a good drive.

I left a review when my mobility MG was first ordered feeling calm, informed, respected and very excited! As Giles was brilliant! I now have my MG HS today and am amazed at how looked after I feel!
