I made an enquiry by telephone regarding the purchase of a new car and felt the person I spoke to couldn’t really be bothered at all to speak to me. I was told that if I wanted a new car it would take about 8 months. I appreciate that it may well be true but he obviously felt it was too much trouble to talk to me. . .
I am visiting a different dealer now where they are much more helpful.

Booked my Ford C-Max titanium x in as the electrically operated drivers seat plastic cover had broken. From arranging booking the car in to the repair completion was excellent, thanks

Took the car in with an airbag fault and they said it was the map sensor(nothing to do with the airbag control circuit) and wanted £300+ for the part that is only really worth £23(Bosch part on europarts) anyway they don’t know what they are doing and they will over charge you for the pleasure.

My daughter destroyed her Ford Focus alloy by losing control in the ice. Andy in the parts department was excellent getting a new wheel sent overnight ( we contacted him the previous afternoon) and collected after a courtesy phone call the next morning. As she is an NHS worker he pulled out all the stops and really looked after her. Her car is now back to being 100% and able to continue travel to work thanks to this service. Many thanks Andy

Amazing, a main dealership that doesn't try and rip you off! I never thought I'd see the day. Greeted pleasantly by some one I met a year ago when we collected our car, he remembered us and our Ford Ranger , service desk receptionists were really helpful, and have gone out of their way to help with the issues we had with our car. We are now talking about going back to them when we upgrade our current model. Thank you so much.
