Bought a car of Martin Saturday picked up Monday night after pre delivery check, sorted my tax an log books there and then even tho it was late fairplay to him, really enjoyed the experience not your usual car sales man (pushy, pressure) took our time had a good old chat put me at ease done me a really good deal that really helped me and my family in time for Christmas would definitely recommend already mentioned to friends and family. I bought a vehicle from Martin in early autumn 2018. A few weeks after the purchase there was a fairly significant fault with the vehicle which was going to be costly to repair. These things do happen occasionally and neither Martin or I could have seen it coming. What’s important is the way it was handled at the time. I was impressed and relieved when Martin immediately took ownership and ensured the vehicle was was repaired quickly, and without fuss. Crucially it was done under the 3 month warranty issued at the time of purchase.

There was no quibbling, no fuss, no animosity, and Martin very professionally, and responsibly ensured that I was left with only good things to say about Tregunter Motors. Lots of people have horror stories about car dealers not backing up their promises when something goes wrong, but I have only positive things to say about Martin. I was kept well informed, I wasn’t made to feel a nuisance, and Martin agreed for the car to be fixed rapidly which meant my inconvenience was minimal!

When parting with your hard earned cash it’s SO important to buy from a dealer who you are confident will back up the aftercare they promise when selling the car. Martin did this, and it is without hesitation that I can highly recommend him. You will get a personal service, which comes up with the goods if you are ever unlucky enough to need it like I was. As they say, you cannot put a price on peace of mind, and with Tregunter Motors you can buy with complete peace of mind!!

...Oh and the car I bought: 18 months and nearly 16k miles later and it’s been faultless. Fantastic dealer, I have nothing bad to say.

From the initial phone conversation to collecting my purchase. Martin proved to be a pleasant, honest and professional person to deal with. I was offered a fair part exchange price for my car.
On inspection of my prospective purchase, the car was immaculately presented, it sold itself, it was as advertised. No pushy arrogance from Martin, he let me take my time to fully inspect the vehicle and answered any questions clear and simple.
The car drove as good as it looked, the test drive was a relaxing experience, not around the block and that's you're lot. Covid protocols were observed at all times.
