Had my car in for its MOT. Fantastic service. Very easy to book online. Friendly staff and super quick. Excellent highly recommend will be back for other work.

Shocking place 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Daughter took her car here for mot was told car failed on emissions . This was on the Saturday before the may bank holiday . They quoted 200ish pounds to fix . Later in the day the manager phoned her to say.the starter motor had gone . This is when I got involved . And basically after been spoken to very rudely by.the manager the car was left there till the Monday and me and a mechanic friend went.down and told them to but the old starter motor back on as the manager wouldn't allow us to keep if they fitted a new one. The car was pushed into there yard were we got it running in front of them . Basically they had flattened the battery trying to get it started after changing the fuel filter . The car was taken away to a different garage were it past its mot no problems . And still working perfect a month on . We did make a official complaint against the manager and was told he was in the wrong totally. My.daughter was given a 50 voucher and refunded the mot cost . Which really is a bit of a insult .

I love this place and the guys working there! If ever I have to go to an actual garage for work I go here. They always go above and beyond and make sure you get value for your money. They always get me in straight away and don’t patronise! Usually served by Joshua on the desk and he is lovely!

Never reviewed anything before but this needed to be addressed.

Booked my car in for replacement glowplugs. They explained over the phone they'd have it finished around lunchtime.
Handed the keys to them just before 8:30am.

1:30pm I decided to ring as I had recieved no word, only to find out they had the wrong number on file.

What's worse (and is the sole reason why I'm writing this) is that they couldn't replace them because they were 'having trouble removing them' and that they 'didn't have the right equipment to do anything further'.

(Mike I believe) told me to simply see a specialist and to quote 'not buy a diesel car in the future'.

This was of course very upsetting, more towards the fact he had no decency in recommending anywhere I could go, coupled with the 'meh whatever' attitude and bare bones enthusiasm, I was left with 5 hours of my morning I'll never get back.

Really didn't want to have to write this. I try my best to see the positives and how difficult it must be to endure life's ups and downs, but please show more interest in your customers. Don't just shrug us off like we're flies on a wall.

Least they had the decency to not charge me for laying eyes on the vehicle.

Helpful staff. Keen to help, without purely aiming at sales. I buy from here on that basis.

I popped in for a check on a potential fuel leak following some work somewhere else. The guys couldn’t be more helpful to investigate for me, did some tightening and investigation and gave me some advice. I didn’t catch the name of the lad that helped me but he was excellent. Thank you.

Taken my car for a mot at lincoln autocentre. Excellent service from josh will be taking my 2 vehicles here from now on.

Despite not having a shop manager at the time (sickness and struggling to find a replacement) they still managed to sort my vehicle out with no issues, showed me the faults with my brake discs and explained what had happened and why the repairs were necessary, informed me of a payment plan and did everything they could to keep costs down because as a student I'm strapped for cash. Great service and I'd recommend them if you want no-nonsense car repairs/servicing, we had all 4 discs and pads replaced and the car drives considerably better than before with no noises.
