Halfords Autocentre Lichfield

Took my car here for MOT and service, and was very pleased. Dave was very friendly, nothing I asked was too much, he listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I will be coming here again when my car next needs something!

Booked me in quickly. But didn't honour service agreement on tyres. So a routine service and mot cost me almost £200 in tyres as that's all they had . What a surprise no cheaper tyres

Realised my dads MOT had run out on bank holiday Monday, called Halfords Auto Center Lichfield and had MOT carried out within 2 hours. The engineers there were very helpful and well mannered. Would definitely Recomend.

Mot booked at the drop of a hat the team managed to fit me in nice quick Mot too, quick results and listened to my opinion with what to do next didn't pressure me into spending to much. Assisted with my work commitments and picking up the car, would rate this team highly great management and friendly team.

AVOID, AVOID AVOID! Terrible service, they cancelled my MOT and full service they day before its due! Leaving me unable to get an MOT done in time before I went away. Made absolutely no effort to accommodate even the MOT in the time available.

Get rid of the retest fee though Halfords!, you've got enough money to not have to do this to us. you are literally the only ones doing it.

Took my car in for a puncture repair, however it was pointed out to me that the tyre had sustained much more significant damage than just a puncture, which it did have.
Really pleased with how quickly they fitted and then road tested the tyre.
Will now move to Halfords for servicing the vehicle, now that is out of main dealer warranty.

Great experience with Halfords Lichfield on every visit. They fitted me in with short notice and were both really prompt in starting the work on its arrival, but also in updating me and talking me through what my car had needed afterwards. Dave and Paul were approachable, friendly and helped me to make informed decisions about the work required. It also cost me far less than other centres I've used it in the past which is always a bonus!
