Had some urgent work needed and they got my car seen same day even though they were pushed for time. Great prices too.

Worst garage experience. Took car for mot and service. Was charged for service and told they couldn't do MOT as they couldn't unlock tyres with the wheel lock in the car. Two days later, engine management light came up with low oil, checked it and it was so low and dark as it was before the service with car draggy so definitely not serviced and charged for it. Took the car else where and had the car serviced and noticed the difference with the oil colour/level and driving experience and had MOT done with no issues of wheelock that was made up!

Had a warning light come up for my engine and oil levels. They saw me same day and charged me nothing for checking it was all ok and ensuring it was safe to drive. Lovely service :)

Super helpful and will not rob you I was told I needed new brakes I took it here and they did a full test and was told you don’t need them changed at this time so 5 Stats to all that work there you can trust the guys here Thank you Elite Garages This is how all Garages Should Be Run

Having great service softens the blow of doing £370 in tyres. I was seen straight away, given a choice of tyres and was out and done in 45 mins. They even topped up my washer wiper fluid without asking. Would definitely go back there.

I was very disappointed about the fact that they refuse to do a tyre swap for me,because the tyre I wanted to swap did not have the sticker on it,and apparently it's against company policy...they fitted just 1 tyre that I've ordered online,and the second one that was still brand new but with no sticker they refused...all other tyre places in Maidstone,did not have a problem doing it..i did ask 3,and did it at Set Tyres....
Will never use Elitte again...for that reason/policy they have..

My stepdaughter got a puncher she rang just before they closed and they stayed open to fix her tyre it needed new one but what a excellent customer service.

Very helpful garage - I popped in there in an emergency and I was in a pickle and had a small child with me. They could have easily refuse but they did go out of their way to help me and resolved my problem. Was able to go back on the road very soon after. Very grateful and thank you for the amazing service.
