Kwik Fit - Worcester - City Walls

I had fantastic service at Kwik Fit Worcester city walls. Lance was polite and courteous and gave me objective advice about my vehicle. Collection was prompt and the car was ready, the paperwork literally took a few moments. The things that were wrong with my car will explain to me and photographs emailed. I was really impressed. I would recommend this centre to others without hesitation.

Had a really good experience was greeted politely by lance (one of the staff members) he advised me about my car and suggested services to me. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. Job was done to a high standard and I have recommended him and the company to friends. Will be visiting again.

Thanks Dave and the team at Kwikfit. You did a brilliant job repairing the exhaust and catalytic converter on my Dad's Nissan when they were visiting Worcester. Pleased to report that they did their two hundred mile journey and got home safely. I know you had to pull out all the stops to complete the repair in good time. I will definitely be recommending you.

Service was amazing, I rang kwik fit asking if they could replace my exhaust as when driving to uni it fell off and was dragging across the floor. Within 10 minutes of the phone call Dave came and rescued me. He made it safe for me to drive to kwik fit where he fitted the new part quickly and efficiently. However, during this time the dealer who supply’s all the new parts couldn’t make it and drop it off same day so another of kwik fit staff members went out personally and collected it to ensure I could get home to Redditch that evening. Overall 10/10 service couldn’t recommend enough.

I was quoted a price of £141 on the phone for the work my car needed in order to pass it’s MOT. I repeated this figure out loud to confirm the price. When I came to pick up my car, I was presented with an invoice for over £250. It looked on the invoice as the the work I had been quoted on the phone only covered the cost of the 2 replacement tyres. The rest of the invoice was for a realignment and fitting of the tyres.

I questioned this and felt very overwhelmed as I had queried and confirmed the price on the phone before agreeing to go ahead. I was told there was a ‘miscommunication’ but that I had to pay. The employees were all stood by the reception desk as it was closing time and they were talking about going out to the pub. I wanted to discuss the invoice further but felt intimidated and I paid because I didn’t know what else to do and left in tears feeling stressed and upset.

Definitely wouldn’t go back and would not recommend to anyone.

Had tyres fitted on a new set of alloy wheels here today. A great team did the job quickly and carefully, and offered helpful advice . Price was great too. No hesitation recommending this Kwik-fit location.

Booked a free wheel alignment check online. Took it in 8.30, and was done by 9.15. Very quick service, customer service was great! Very polite man, and told me no problems with the car. Very happy. Might come here for mor3 car problems.

I was happy with the price paid for my tyres and also the manager of the City Centre Branch in Worcester is very helpful. This is the second time in a month that I have had tyres fitted to my car by KwikFit and on both occasions I have been nappy with the service and the staff.
