Parkers MOT

Took my Peugeot for a service and Mot after a friend recommended them to me, regrettably it failed however they let me know that it had failed and were able to do the repairs and retest same day for me. I wasn't able to get back in time to collect my car before they closed as my train was delayed so they took payment over the phone and delivered m car back home for me! Very pleased with the service and price

I find the some of the negative reviews on this site difficult to understand but can only review on my first experience using this Company. We needed a Garage to replace the Garage we had used for the past 45 years until the owner retired and moved to the West country . Using a comparison booking Website​ we found Parker's MOT . They are not the nearest.They are not the cheapest . Using their ' Collection and Delivery Service' they arrived on time and took the car for a MOT and full service . They telephoned by early afternoon fully explaining what works had been done, what needed to be done and suggested when it should done in an easy to understand but most professional and pleasant manner. ( The second man I spoke to made me smile) . They kept exactly to their quote and collected and returned my car observing the Covid-19 Coronavirus advice in Safe manner with masks and gloves etc. I have no hesitation in recommending this Garage and look forward to doing business with them again in the future .

Very honest and quick service. They will never charge you wrongly. I had a brake light on issue and all they did was release the stuck break peddle in seconds and no charge.
Also did MOT here sometime ago and they are really great

Nice guys, took a little longer than 45mins for an MOT, about an hour 10mins. Waiting room could do with some heating 😉 great service though.

I came to this garage after being told my car failed it’s MOT and it would cost £300+ to fix by another garage(HIQ Burgess Hill) I had a suspicion that wasn’t correct so took car to Parkers they did an MOT it passed they changed a tyre and bulb which I expected and it was fixed there and then within a couple of hours,will be recommending this garage to family and friends thanks guys.
