Fantastic garage since being taken over a few year ago, I don’t write reviews on anything after first visit so I’m writing this now as being a customer over a few years now.
Service lady is friendly and welcoming with a smile, she knows all about what my requirements are as soon as I arrive. I normally need a lift to a station upon leaving me vehicle and my driver is always waiting to take me there. Car estimates are always communicated to me in a way of my choice so I’m normally in meetings so I can receive texts etc.
Work that needs authorised doesn't go ahead until I give them authority to do so.
My driver is always at the station to collect me in my car so I can test drive it from the station to ensure I’m happy with it. When back at the garage I can pay in a few convenient ways and the whole experience is completed with no fuss and a fair price.
Definitely the way I’m going continue to go with my vehicle needs. No breakdowns to report but they do have a recovery truck too so should the unthinkable happen they have me covered. Excellent garage.

Got an MOT done here on my van yesterday. People were very polite and professional. And felt very welcome. All got achieved in a day. They came to my house to start the Van which was nice of them and they even lent me a car to get home and back which was also very nice of them. Thanks 👍

i have been coming here for years, my first interaction I had to the age old mentality - never trust a mechanic, told i need new brake pads and given a quote, i searched a 10 miles radius and no one could provide a fairer price. Terence the head mechanic is brilliant and is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Victoria who usually takes the phone, is always super helpful and polite- if she says she will call you back, she will do just that! I couldnt be happier here!
