Excellent and very helpful staff. I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment check, which needed correcting, they were very helpful and cleared my washer jet for me too out of kindness, as well as advice on if it continues to be a problem. As a result my friend took my car in the following week, and they got £1K business out of her. It goes to show taking care of the small business leads to bigger business. Nice to see they really care about their customers.I’m booking again for some additional work to be done now I know I can trust them. Thanks TyrePros!

They were able to get my specific tyres in stock promptly, and fit me in ASAP to fit them (all within 24 hrs). Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for my tyre needs in the future.

Had a wheel alignment carried out on my Toyota Yaris.
Car is now driving worse and the steering wheel is still off centre. Went here as they have a Hunter machine but no skills of how to use it correctly. It looks like the steering wheel wasn't clamped straight and the alignment was done on the wrong spec vehicle as well.

Update: making this 5 stars as have taken the car back and the steering wheel is now perfectly straight. They did the caster swing and rolling compensation correctly.

Having had two car related mishaps within a week of each other, I'm really grateful to these guys for helping me out. The back of my wing mirror came off and they helped me secure it until I could get it to a bodywork shop, and then when I had to get to a funeral 200 miles away and turned up in tears because I thought that my tyre pressures were messed up, they helped me out and got me on my way reassuring me that is was safe to drive. Thank you for being so kind. Have also used them in a non-emergency way in the past and was really happy with their fair and honest service - they clearly have a lot of integrity so will use them again for my MOT.

Dropped my car off first thing in the morning. Received a call mid morning. Picked it up 5pm. 4 new tyres fitted and balanced. £250.00 all in 205/55r16/91v Ricken tyres. Vehicle drives nicely. Happy Days. All good. Good service. Highly recommended.
