Kwik Fit - Wellingborough

I took my car in on a Sunday on the off chance they could fit a new tyre as l was going on holiday the next day .They gave me a time to return and fitted it while I waited. Very friendly and proffesional.Very pleased with service.

I’m so pleased with the service at Kwik Fit Wellingborough. I can’t thank them enough. They saved my car. The level of the engine oil was too high so I was taking a risk something could to wrong with my car. They were so helpful & drained some oil out and car passed MOT. Thanks a lot, the help is very appreciated! The place is high recommended! Thanks again!

We booked in an MOT for the first appointment in the morning, somehow they were already running an hour behind. 2 hours later I received a call telling me the oil was dangerously overfull and they wouldn’t be able to carry out the MOT, and we needed to take it to the dealer asap. We hastily picked up the car and took it to the dealer, where they measured the oil to find it perfectly within limits. This caused a complete waste of a day, dragging my 5 month old son around the county and almost £250 for an oil service, which wasn’t required. Either their mechanics are completely inept, or more likely having spoken to others about kwik fit, they just lied to get rid of me because they were running so far behind. Either way, certainly won’t be going back.

Great service, highly efficient & accommodating. Booked in for 4x Michelin Cross Climate 2 tyres. Terry Reynolds (Centre Manager), Adam & the whole team were brilliant. Would highly recommend. Best in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Look no further. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I was today at Kwik fit and the staf was very polite. My rear right tyre keeps losing pressure and guys fixed for me very fast. I recommend Kwik Fit if you want a great and fast service.

Excellent efficient service had trouble in competition opposite with loose wheel and these guys instantly jumped to the rescue to get the tyre replaced! Will be using all the time when this way in the future! Brilliant customer service skills from the two members of staff that dealt with us. Thanks

I have a leased vehicle so the lease company chose the shop I went to. Did a great job though and I wasn't left waiting for long. Would use with a personal vehicle for sure.
