Kwik Fit - Corby

The branch is showing its obvious age, but service is old fashioned too. Decent staff, easy to communicate with, nothing is too much for them to do properly and customer is king works well here. Nice easy visit car came out repaired and came away with confidence of repairs and the treatment given by a team who I would go back to without hesitation in future. Really pleased and top marks to a great team.

The excellent customer service from the lady who manages the. Corby branch. She was able to fit in some unplanned work and kept me informed of the progress and costs throughout the day. She was also very professional and friendly. And all this on the hottest day of the year ever! Well done and thank you.

I had a problem with an exhaust previously supplied and fitted by Kwik Fit. Neither the branch concerned nor another I phoned could help at short notice but Will at Corby kindly offered to take a look first thing the next day. He and Martin fixed the problem quickly and were so helpful that I decided to bring the car back at the end of the day for new tyres too. Between the two of them, they restored my faith in Kwik Fit's customer service.

I had 4 Michelins put on with no issues but the tracking could not be done as the 22 year old track rods were seized up and could not be freed. The work was booked in for a few days later and when I dropped the car in asked for the wipers to be replaced and if they could look at the windscreen washer which had stopped working. I received a call soon after advising that the washer pump needed replacing and giving me a price for the work. Collected car later that day with all work completed and at a decent price. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend.

The team at Corby were great, always friendly and helpful. My car failed its MOT, and Kwik fit ran electrical diagnostics and identified the issue, without charge as they were unable to fix the problem. They recommended a garage which could help. The garage is accommodating and knowledgeable - would use again!

I had a great experience here - Will was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. In particular, he took the time to take me through the problem with my tyres and answered my questions. The new tyres were fitted quickly and the whole experience was very positive. Thank you to Will!

Good service had a text the day before about the reminder of booking turned up 15 mins early to be told tyres not in yet should be sometime today. I asked for discount due to inconvenience and got £24 pound off
