Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Lincoln South

Enterprise car rental at Lincoln were amazing. We hadn't booked ahead and they didn't have a car available at first. They arranged one for us to pick up later in the day. We extended our hire by a day and everything was so easy. Customer service was fantastic.

I needed to hire a van for a charity run into Europe and from the moment go, the staff were extremely helpful at Enterprise, starting with Chris, then Mark and finally Eimantis. Was using Enterprise services in Europe and everything was great. But the UK department is - the worst car rental company ever. First suggesting you pay in advance, upload documents, and then on the day of hire by pick up point tell you sorry, you did not pass our checks. And leave you with this information by the end of the day, when you can’t find any other solutions. And I have to fill out applications for a refund because the company is not able to provide their services properly. Thanks, you were very helpful (not)

Adam and the team were fantastic, after a long 24 hours traveling from Florida these guys made it all so easy. So friendly and wanted to help as much as they could. With the trains being cancelled we then needed to get a hire car sorted to carry 4 people, 4 large suitcases and 4 hand luggages back down to London, went and spoke to them and they sorted out a vehicle big enough to carry everything and just did a straight swap over of vehicles extending it a day for us so we wasn't without one. We won't be going anywhere else for a vehicle rental apart from these guys!

I get so frustrated with this place. You book the vehicle you want online, its never once been 'available' when I've arrived. The inspection when I pick it up is rubbish (literally had a crack in windscreen and sales assistant passed it over, we had to point it out and then they said I needed to take windscreen cover! They add so many "extras" every time which you would think are standards are suddenly not and then the costs go up. The excess are insane and the deposits are annoying if I've purchased insurance and the extras. Oh and the sales assistant always look surprised I'm here and want pick up the hire vehicle. Mate.. Thats your job, why are you surprised?!
