With Avis having sold the car whilst on a long term rental it was apparently our problem to get it back to the branch at short notice without any compromise on organising a swap of cars at another more convenient location.

Exceptional service, especially the guy in the hi-viz shirt. Attentive & very polite.

Recently returned to find the guy in the hi-viz shirt no longer works there. Disappointing.

But other than that, excellent service.

I booked a van to pick up today 2 months ago ,I took Timo off work today to pick it up so I have lost 8 hours work all ready, I got a confirmation email with booking number ,got there and they were the most in helpful people you could ever deal with , disgusted with the service I got absolutely unreal, they said (a man and woman ) that there's no confirmation for me and I can't have a van, I desperately needed a van today as I was going to a track day with my bike , now I have lost 193 pounds aswell as my wages I have lost, I have put a formal complaint in about this now and hope they come back with something, I advise people not to use this company as they are disgraceful,not happy 1 bit.🤬
