It's my first time in UK and it's for my honeymoon. So my wife and I decided to rent a car in UK and go on a road trip and that is when we stumble upon enterprise at Haywards Heath.

Dom was our agent for that day. I would say his service attitude is very good and left a very good impression on me and my wife! He is very professional as the renter before us was renting a van but seeing the dirty condition of the van, Dom bought it for a quick wash thus we waited for a while but I don't mind it at all as I know that the car I am getting will be in good shape. And it is! He also explained quite throughly about the company policies about car damage and whatnot. Everything was easy to understand and things are quite clear.

We gotten a Hyundai Ioniq. Going through other rental company, this is definitely on the pricer side. But being a hybrid, this car is very fuel efficient. We travelled up and down England (going from Sussex to Slaughters to Warwick to Cambridge after that going back to Sussex, roughly about 500 over miles in total). And it only used up about 3/4 of the petrol. After refuelling before returning the car, it cost us about 56 pounds in term of petrol expenses.

Now I know that whenever if I'm in Sussex and I need a car, Enterprise at Haywards Heath will be my go to!

We had so much trouble with this. And on the day we planned and moved our lives around - very tight for time, we get there and they cancelled it with ZERO absolutely NO confirmation and all vans had gone out! Nearly dead in the water but Parkers saved the day yet again! Imo just go parkersbut we all have different experiences etc. Just be nice, civil and always treat customers and staff with respect 🙏

Terrible experience with this branch - over 4 months to get a partial re-imbursement for their mistake that cost me a lot more than I was finally refunded for. Would never use them again - can totally recommend "Choice vehicle hire" as a better quality, same price local alternative

Terrible experience, run by very young and egotistical staff. They will fleece you all they can. Avoid at all costs, and pick a local company. Never using them again.

I am short £250 for a hairline crack in a plastic rear light, and am taking Enterprise to the small claims court - mostly out of principle in the hope they will improve their customer service for others.

Hired a small van, they call me twice to confirm. Only for me get to them for them to tell me its not available. What a waste of time. They thought nothing about wasting my time.....

Customer care, first class. Branch manager very professional, whilst being very personable too, he really cares about your experience with Enterprise, a credit to the organisation.

I tried to rent a car online for when I travelled to UK, however online application would not accept my debit card and also could not recognise a postal code even though there is an option to put a foreign home address on application form. I had to phone UK and book by phone. Call handler did acknowledge this problem, however booking by phone costs £200 more, so be aware of this.

I had pre booked 12pm and was notified by phone on morning of pick up that someone would collect me within the hour. I was collected around 1pm. Staff were friendly and courteous, however they do try to get customers to have extra insurance, so again be aware as this can add more to the price.

The car wasn't what I requested but similar size so was happy with this Car was new, very clean, under Covid hygiene guidrlines and had a deep clean to the interior.

Joint inspection of car with customer and client, £200 refundable deposit had to be paid.

Staff also offer to drop you back after rental finished or they will arrange a taxi fir you, however not sure if the customer has to pay for this.
