Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Aldershot

Excellent customer service from Enterprise Aldershot. Oskar explained everything to do with the rental and insurance cover etc. really clearly and took the time to look over the car and go through the controls with me. Hugely appreciated and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Last Thursday i was involved in a no fault accident,and Enterprise contacted me within hours of me informing my insurance.The staff member Josh was very helpful,and explained everything taking me through the form signing very professionally.I'm currently trying to change the vehicle they initially allocated me to one that is more similar to me own car. I'm informed that currently there's nothing available,fingers crossed something comes up soon.

After a disaster of an experience with another rental company, Enterprise Aldershot was a lifesaver. Called immediately after the booking, Kept us up to date with the eta of the car we booked very last minute. Car was clean and most of all, the staff were so warm and helpful. Josh and team were exceptional.

When our car broke down whilst visiting family we had to hire a car to get us home. We booked through enterprise online and picked up the hire car with no issues.
The staff were friendly, the car was clean and when we had to adjust the terms of the rental it was done with ease.
The stressful situation we found ourselves in was eased by the professional service we received in both the Aldershot and Bolton branches!

Staff are very polite and courteous which is where the stars come from.

The quality of the vehicle on the other hand was poor. Radio didn’t work, USB’s didn’t work and Bluetooth not working. The van was covered in scratches and less than 10l in the tank. The fuel gauge wasn’t working which makes me question if this is an easy way in the current climate to get customers to put in extra fuel.

When I pointed out the issues on return they were dismissed, and some of the extensive scratches questioned.

It’s a future no from me

Excellent customer service from the team at Enterprise Aldershot. Dylan was very polite and proffessional, explained everything about the rental process and the insurance cover. I hired a Luton Van, nearly new, for the lowest cost possible. Enterprise is the best car and van hire company, I will always usem them in the future. Hugely appreciated and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

If i could give it 0 i would... not happy with them. Cars overpriced to rent then when u bring it back they find the smallest issue which was there before and try to charge you 1k for there issue. Stay away

Will never use again

Rented a van in November, the van was over an hour late which delayed our move and caused a lot of additional stress. Oskar was very friendly and offered us a partial refund, however we've been chasing for over a month now and still have not had a refund. Customer service is poor. Would not recommend.
