I hired a DACIA SANDERO Automatic
With Sat Nav Air-conditioning & Parking Sensor camera to mention a few extras. I was really surprised how good this car was , we drove all the way to Cumbria and it took the terrain in its stride. Come rain or shine it was a great car & surprising comfortable and smart looking . People knock this Dacia brand but I had no complaints whatsoever. The hire charge so much better than Enterprise and Eurocar and I had great customer service from Alister @ the Oxford Branch. I particularly liked the fact that u could drop off at the locked return yard out of hours . I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Vij

How disappointing!!!!
We rented a minibus to take our parents down to the south coast (two elderly disabled)
Our trip was fantastic until our journey home.
A puncture on the m25.
Our mini bus step was broken , so we could not get our parents off safely.
We called the company- they gave us a number for the AA - ok thumbs up!
Here’s the problem, our AA man told us the tires were well worn.
On returning -euro drive could not wait to charge us for the tire. Wow a company this big- money grabbers!!! My advice look elsewhere. If not be sure to check tires extensively before you leave. I just wonder if they ever pay for tires themselves or just pass it on to the customer.

The price was good in comparison to some of the larger car hire companies and there were no hidden fees. The process of adding an additional driver was made more complicated than it needed to be however.

Great van, nice staff, fair price, easy to collect and return. The only minor thing is their railed gate to the yard is quite heavy. On returning outside opening hours, you need to open and close the gate with some muscles. All in all, will definitely use again. Recommended!

Friendly and professional staff everything so easy and no trouble I would definitely use again.
Long wheeled based van was clean, fuelled up and ready to go and a joy to use.

Excellent service at a good price. Always have what I need. I like that you get a key to return the car after hours so you can return a car/van late in the evening. Highly recommend.
