Really poor! Booked a car for today to get to the airport tomorrow morning they've said to pick up the car today at half 12 and they're shut!

Service was good overall quick and easy to book, collect and drop off. Got a crossover instead of an astra but it was suitable. Pick up was excellent but I didn't like the way i was spoken to on drop off especially the way she enquired about the named driver bringing the vehicle back and checking he was on policy. understandable but the way I was questioned was rude. seems I was also charged an extra £30 for roadside assistance when I was not asked if I required it or not. I would have turned it down as I have my own. Overall it was ok I would maybe try somewhere else next time
