Excellent service from this company, I hired an 8 seater to take to France and Belgium and I dealt with John Florentino, who was extremely helpful providing relevant paper work to allow vehicle out of the UK. On thee day. The vehicle was available locally to me in Ware and I dealt with Paul who was very helpful. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean throughout and very low mileage. Best hire experience I've ever had. I first booked a car for four days, but had to reduce that to just one day because a change of plans. Very understanding and helpful. They gave me a nearly new vehicle, very clean, drove perfectly. Easy pick up and drop off. Will definitely use them again.

Reliable and informative. No secret costs.
The reservation was made by phone, where I have been explicitly told all the costs. During pickup, there was precise info about everything, from some functions of the car to emergency numbers. The car was new clean and safe. I really enjoyed the ride. At drop-off, even it was heavily raining, the process was smooth and efficient.

P.S. The location of the company is beautiful, just bedside Lea river lane. The path that leads to the site from the town is highly recommendable on a dry day.

We rented a car from them on 30th Oct for our wedding in Hertford as our car broke down a day before. The rent was bit pricey along with insurance but we didn’t had much option than to rent it given the urgency.

The car was good and the booking was quick and easy.

When we returned the car on 1st Nov we left one gift bag which contain one gift with 9 greeting cards from our friends. We received a call the same day from them to inform us of this gift bag. By that time we were back in London where we live. We couldn’t collect the gift bag until 13th Nov as our car was still in the garage. After collecting it we noticed that almost all except 1 card were opened. There was clear signs of tearing apart the envelope seals. And money from all those cards were stolen. We immediately informed them about this but we were told to speak to the manager on Monday the 14th. When I called their manager on 14th, I was told that our gift was kept in safe place by their staff and only 3-4 people have access to their office. And they trust all their staff and no one else has the access to the place where our gift was stored. They dont have cctv in the office as well. I was told that I was making false accusation and the manager can vouch for all their staff. He was dismissive of our report and said he wouldn’t conduct any investigations and asked me to file a police complaint instead. Following his advise I have now filed a complaint (ref no: 41/90434/21) at Hertfordshire constabulary.

I know that it would be difficult to prove that the cards were open as we have already opened them. In the hindsight, I wish I have recorded a video before opening them but it didn’t occurred at the time as we both were in shock and curious to see if any of the card had any cash at all. As such, we never met them before or dont know anyone in this company and have no reason to make any false accusation. What I find disappointing is that they were completely dismissive about our complaint and the fact that my wife is feeling gutted as all those cards were from her friends.

I leave this to potential customers to make their own judgement on who is telling the truth.

If you are renting a car and couldn’t find anywhere else, then they are still okay. But, I wouldn’t trust them if I leave anything in the car behind.
