Booked a car from here. Turned up. Car wouldn't start. Had three warning lights showing major malfunctions. Waited on phone for more than 30 minutes as they just keep you on hold. They have ignored two emails.... to be fair I have used the Enterprise Car Club multiple times since then and it's generally been a satisfactory service. But a lot of the cars I've used in south London have been fairly poor quality. Hiring them in York, the standard of car seems much better for the same price.
