Great van hire hired a transit no problems easy pickup easy drop off will use again

Paid for a weekend hire for vehicle. Van broke down on Saturday afternoon. When I called Alpha they were totally unhelpful, and indeed lied about the vehicle which in fact had over 130,000 miles on the clock. End result was I paid for a weekend hire when could only use the van for less than 1 day. When I dropped the van off they said they would sort things out and refund some money, but no further communication or partial refund since - which demonstrates their true values.
Decent hire rates, but old vehicles with too many miles, appalling customer service and a company that does not tell the truth. I won't be using them again

Always helpful, polite and friendly staff. Van's are of a good quality and the hire cost is competitive; coupled with the fact it's basically on my doorstep it's the "go to" place for me now as it has been in the past and will be in the future...more firms like this please!!

I rented a minibus in August with a £250 deposit, still waiting for my refund 3 months later, they said 10 days, not over 10 week.
Absolutely appalling.

Great experience. Friendly, helpful staff, competitive price and clean, reliable vehicle. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend and use them again.
