Friendly driver, very helpful with my shopping bags which is very hard to find nowadays with cab services. I will definetly be using this company again.

Used this cab service for about 10 years, do not have a problem with the drivers.
But the owner has has me waiting for a cab for ages yesterday 25 minutes after 15 minutes of waiting phoned office was told by him that driver is coming through Tesco entrance right now, well it took driver 10 minutes to get through entrance.

It is not the first time this man has me waiting for a cab it happens nearly every time I phone for a cab, and I am not the only one, sometimes when I go into car park to wait for cab looks like a bus stop with people waiting for cabs from parchmore, had enough now to many better cab services in Thornton Heath to use.

But parchmore cabs shall never ever using yours services again.

Parchmore Cars saved my bacon today by providing a taxi within 3 minutes when one from Galpins taxis did not turn up. I was going to hospital for an operation so was in a blind panic. So thank you to the kind driver who got me there on time and also the call handler for being helpful. Thanks

Just a damn joke. Ordered cab, they told me its gonna be 10min. Called back after 15min. Sorry madam 5 more minutes. Called again after waiting 25min in total and still they told me its gonna be 5min. Don't waste your time with this company!!

Just use it because its local to me and the cab guys are friendly
