Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Wembley North

Booked one week prior. Called the day before to stay no car in stock. Pathetic, had a meeting that’s far away and struggling to get there now. Advisor said he’d call back within half hour after informing me they’re trying to get a car. Obviously, didnt call me back. I had to call and chase up, had me an hour on hold and same guy said gotta cancel it. No apologies nothing. Disgusting. Will be taking this higher up.

Have not rented yet, but they contacted me a week before my rental to say a glitch in the online system has caused a problem. They are very polite and kind and are working with me to find a solution. I will update review once we have received our car!

I was reluctant at first to hire a car due to the poor reviews I had read, however from my own experience they were a pleasure from beginning to end, quick and efficient, friendly and helpful. I had gotten charged extra by accident and they highlighted it when I returned the car. Definitely give them a try and don't let the misleading reviews deter you.

Very nice services. I got my last minute booking just 1 hour before my collection time, and they just ran everything well for me. Both collecting and returning processes are done quickly

If I could give no stars I would. Meant to hire a car today for our holiday for the week. Booked online, and had 2 follow up calls to verify details. Got to collection today, couldn’t verify my partners license and told us we can’t hire the car and that it would take 10 working days to refund us our money in full. I called customer services, they said the issue was the booking card different to the driver and told us to head back in. Went back in and they’ve said completely something different and blamed a new hire for the misinformation. How ridiculous that nobody is taking responsibility. Don’t use this place as they clearly don’t know anything!
