Mohamed and Hannah were very helpful and showed great customer service which i haven’t experienced in some time.

Both went above and beyond and made my time here very pleasant.

Employees such as these two are great example of how to deal with customers effectively.

Mohammad is very friendly and helpful. He is brilliant at his job and he explains everything to you and helps you throughout the process even after if you have any problem you can call him and he is happy to assist you therefore I definitely recommend this company.

The reason they got five stars and good comments is because when you first go there and sign for the papers they will ask you to rate them 5-star and also they will ask you to put their name in the five-star and give them a good comments pls read all
This company is not what I expected it to be they scam customers for money and they take advantage when they first take your details and I won't tolerate this since it is an act of fraud I took the car for three months and I did not damage the car and they decide to charge me for no reason please do not ignore this message I am warning others from my experience.

Hannah at the office is a professional and she made sure I didn't have any issues with the transaction. A Real Asset to the company, as for Ash, very professional and to the point whilst he showed me my hire car and the gadgets.

Henry was particularly very welcoming guy. Very nice personality with excellent sense of humor cracking jokes made me smile all through the process. I have hired in few places before and in my opinion this guys are very considerate with pricing and good customer service. I will definitely recommend pacehire.

They're all fake reviews no way 5 stars are genuine they even asked me when I went in to hire a car to leave a 5-star review I became suspicious as they stood over me, and after speaking with one of their team members she told me they rip you off don’t use these thieves she handed in her notice angry customers kept coming back and they lock the door, potential customers you can’t win with these people,
Nobody ever gets their 500 deposit. This company is the same as simple Car Hire they’re both the same Owners they also respond to people's reviews with blatant lies about management will contact you and they ask people to please write a review as you’re signing a contract unbelievable cheap company

It’s all good till you return the car. I was charged 200 £ for damage, which they all agree was not my fault.( camera did not register nothing) . Financial “team” keep chasing me about my rent when car was returned.
Btw I am still chasing them about my deposit, which is more than 28 days.
Avoid.
